Pros
There are a few good people in the building, but isn't that anywhere?
Cons
Starts with ownership (GD needs to update). There is absolutely NO regard for the employees who work here. There is a lack of leadership, direction, and it seems the worst traits of the previous generation were passed to the next. The onset of the pandemic was an opportunity, which was taken full advantage of, to layoff and terminate employees. Many people with a decade or more of tenure were let go, strangely without much of a dip in business. Very humanitarian to send loyal employees out the door during a time where employment seems tough to attain. The work environment is toxic and perks few and far between. Departments squabble over resources and some employees are keen on telling others how to do their job. Salaried full time employees are required to work 45 hours per week and their time is tracked and monitored. The Home Office treats the Field Ops/Sales like garbage. I don't know if it would be better to be working here and getting a paper check every Friday (no direct deposit), or unemployed during a pandemic right now. My advice to people applying here is to take these truthful reviews seriously before moving forward.
