Pros

Pretty good pay for such an easy job. Little Thinking required. Most employees are nice people. Holidays off. Casual dress in the afternoons.

Cons

No health insurance even if you work 40 hours per week. Unpaid vacations earned only after working there a year. Little thinking required. EXTREMELY boring job. Don't let you listen to music, or even talk to anyone. They make some employess share desks with people working different shifts. Ridiculous requirements for earning bonuses, always changing, becoming more and more ridiculous. Boring. Lousy training, you have no clue what you are doing even after you learn how to do it. No raises, no matter how long you have worked there. Really boring and tedious, no mental stimulation whatsoever. No flexibility in scheduling. Must work the same shift every day, five days a week.

Pros

Consistent Routes you get to know your customers. They have their own fueling station and mechanics. The Terminal managers and dispatchers were really great to work with. I like that they protect the employee if an issue arises with s customer.

Cons

All the trucks are the same but they all have their own personality. Some of the terminals csn be really dirty.
