Its easy to see that HR likes to come on here and write fake positive reviews.....just look at the 3 or 4 most recent ones and how professionally they are worded. Not that the people that work here are incapable of writing well, but what a joke if they think those can pass for actual company employee reviews. But I'll get to the point...what an absolutely horrible company to work for. The benefits are a laughable, the pay is laughable, and if you think this company will ever appreciate any hard work you put it.... you will be very disappointed. Your hard work will never pay off, no one will ever care or tell you thank you if you do a great or put any extra effort into anything. They have incompetent people in management positions that I can only assume keep their jobs because they refuse to quit, and they hate firing people because they do not want to cough up the money to help pay for unemployment. Its funny, too because HR conducts exit interviews, and I have known several people who have actually detailed to them why they quit, why people continue to quit, and nothing ever changes, so I'm not sure why they are wasting time on giving the interviews in the first place. If you are a young professional starting out and can suffer through a year here to gain experience, do so, and take your new skills elsewhere so you can be adequately compensated and appreciated for your efforts.
