Pros

If you perform good and network with right people you can get promoted. Life is good when you do a good job. Very simple - PERFORM. Central has some great Senior Managers you can learn from. It's also easy to get new ideas in front of management. For the most part it's a simple place to work if your competent.

Cons

Benefits are awful. Don't expect major pay raises with promotions. You are pretty much locked in with what you start with. When negotiating salary be sure to realize they screw you on: mileage, force you to lease car with them, make you work over 55 hours a week, benefits are useless, no cell phone plan, make you stay at crap hotels for travel, and only give you 28 dollars per/day for travel food (you can't do breakfest). They also make you fly at the worse hours possible.

Pros

Consistent Routes you get to know your customers. They have their own fueling station and mechanics. The Terminal managers and dispatchers were really great to work with. I like that they protect the employee if an issue arises with s customer.

Cons

All the trucks are the same but they all have their own personality. Some of the terminals csn be really dirty.
