Helping others learning Can be Fun and rewarding A lot of diversity It's a place where you can be creative. Not a desk job, AT ALL!!! I met the most amazing people here, who genuinely cared about others.

Cons

It's a hard job. The pay it not good, especially since your health and safety are always on the line. Management can he horrible depending on the department Little support by supervisors who ignore on purpose Management is dishonest.

Although the work is challenging the participants make it place! You will form amazing relationships with them and helping them learn and grow will enrich your life!

Cons

Management shows very little care for the team. They do little things here and there but lack a real understanding of the day to day tole the job takes on the team. The are also very quick to point blame or reprimand the staff for any and every little thing.
