Very professional staff and friendly environment it seems like everyone comes in full of energy and ready to rock and roll in order to giver there best for the consumers. Dress code is very relaxed.

Cons

Because of this pandemic we haven't had the opportunity to see how the day program truly operates or meet the rest of the employees.

Although the work is challenging the participants make it place! You will form amazing relationships with them and helping them learn and grow will enrich your life!

Cons

Management shows very little care for the team. They do little things here and there but lack a real understanding of the day to day tole the job takes on the team. The are also very quick to point blame or reprimand the staff for any and every little thing.
