Pros

There's a mix of people internally they're all friendly. You can bring your dog to work. The office is in a good location, close to lunch spots, starbucks, and a gym.

Cons

The hiring process is poorly thought out and thats quickly reflected among the staff. Its a chop shop. The CEO is in charge of hiring, and since they don't have a good idea what talent they need they throw people against the wall to see what sticks. I was hired on and the 3-4 other people during my 4 month period were all fired as well. She'll claim you didn't "get it." But that's not true. She tells you what she thinks an idea for the job will be then you're left with no resources and guidance. The owners live in Colorado so they don't provide any insight or help to employees ramping up. Its a recipe for a disaster. If you are seriously considering the job, here's a few things to consider. 1. Dig in to your exact job details. Ask questions about your day to day. Please make sure they can justify a full time job out of what they're proposing. 2. What are they trying to solve? Do they know the real issue? Are you a real candidate for the position? They have a losing streak of poorly assessing talent. Don't be a victim. 3. Negotiate money up front. They're going to low ball, the benefits are expensive, no stock options, no matching 401, but they do offer you snacks. 4. Culture there is horrible too. Ask to speak to someone who's been there under a year or under 6 months during your interview process. Don't take my word for it, actually speak to reps or find people that worked there in the past on linkedin. They take care of their circle and everyone else is left on the outside. Some people there are just aren't recognized at all, its weird. They've been there for over a year and its like no talks to them. The owners put everyone at an arms distance because its not worth spending the time to treat you as humans/employees bc frankly they know, you probably won't be there that long. They know its a chop shop which is why you'll be hired as a contractor. Its less paperwork for them if you don't make it. Think about that.

Pros

Amazing Culture Management is top tier

Cons

Benefits are good, but kind of weird since it Aetna's network via a third-party company named Allied. When it works, awesome, when it doesn't, it's a pain.

Pros

Both of my direct supervisors were amazing people and mentors. I supported amazing ABA organizations.

Cons

I earned President's Club three consecutive years and consistently performed at a high level. Despite this, I never received a merit-based raise or cost of living adjustment during my tenure. Additionally, my commission plan was chipped away at each year in what felt like a deliberate effort to put more money in the company's pocket and less in mine. I worked a two-week notice in which I professionally handed off accounts that I supported and every opportunity I was actively working. I exited in good standing. When asked for candid feedback during my exit interview, I gave it transparently and professionally. My feedback was critical of senior leadership and revenue operations, and I stand by every word. Following my departure, a finalized commission statement was issued to me reflecting the full amount earned. Just over a week before payment, that amount was reduced via a clawback that, historically, would not have been applied when examining it against similar circumstances. In my opinion, this felt less like a contractual matter and more like a direct response to my exit and the feedback I provided. If you're considering a sales role here, get everything in writing and document every compensation communication, then double/triple check to ensure you're getting what you're owed.
