Pros
I have been an employee at CR for just under 4 months.
The work (if you can call it that) is more rewarding than anything I've ever been part of. We work hard, we collaborate, we strategize, we innovate, all for purpose of serving and helping those who need it most.
Help those who have dedicated their lives to helping others in the world of behavioral health, speech, PT, OT, MH, etc...all while making a good living and sleeping well because you are doing something meaningful.
This is not exactly a start up, but small enough (for now anyway) to be nimble and act on great ideas immediately.
Leadership is laser focused on providing a quality product and service ABOVE just hitting numbers.
We work with the best of the best in marketing, product dev, operations, and sales.
It is humbling to part of this amazing group and I can't wait to see where we go from here.
Cons
There are daily process changes, weekly product changes, and reasonable shifts in focus monthly. The result?..constant conversation and innovation to ensure we stay on best path for our clients and this team.
I work more than I have to...because I want to.
