Pros

Work life balance- Leadership ensures that everyone maintains a balance between keeping things moving in the office and enjoying time outside of the office. All levels of leadership promote the need to take time for yourself and encourage that balance. Open Communication- With monthly meetings held by senior leadership everyone in the organization is aware of everything going on with the company. No one is left in the dark or wondering where the company stands. Leadership on all levels maintains team involvement on decisions and values the teams feedback. Community interaction- Not only does Central Reach participate in events that impact the Autism community, Central Reach encourages team members to participate in community work that matters to that specific individual. Giving time to go out and work with a cause that directly impacts a team member helps keep team members connected to other causes that matter to them. Growth- As the organization continues to grow leadership encourages internal team members to explore other opportunities within the company giving team members multiple opportunities to try out different roles and grow into new positions. When a team member presents with a request to learn a new part of the platform or a new role, leadership makes plans to allow that team member to test out positions. Leadership helps direct team members to additional roles that fit their strengths and interests that will help further allow team members to grow personally and within the company. Team oriented- Central Reach focuses on the success of the team as a whole, leadership supports teams working together for superior outcomes across the organization. With events in the office, community events and after hours events the organization encourages teams to learn about each other while providing fun activities outside the office. Benefits- Healthcare benefits, paid time off and 401k are competitive and offered for all employees. Valuing employees- Leadership and management value the voices of the individual employees and the overall voice of the team. When a problem or issue is identified they review it and openly communicate it to the company. It's great to see that every level values the input of the employee and takes it into consideration when making decisions. Culture- All levels of leadership focus on how Central Reach shapes the internal culture. Focusing on work life balance, growth opportunities, benefits and valuing each individual helps develop a working culture that people enjoy. I love that everyone gets along and works towards a common goal. Everyone in the office knows how to work hard but also can have fun at the same time. I enjoy coming to the office every day and the team I work with makes the day fly by.

Cons

Growing pains- With the growth of the organization comes the typical growing pains. Lack of office space, moving people, new people, new processes, etc. A lot of moving pieces that can be hard to maintain, but considering everything that's been going on HR and leadership having been handling it great. Office Space- The Florida office is a little outdated and the parking lot floods, but with the upcoming move these will no longer be issues. Growing industry- Healthcare is always growing, always changing, with ABA being a newer field within the industry it can be hard to keep up with the changing regulations, rules, laws, etc. This will always be the case and everyone keeps up with the changes by communicating when everything is confirmed.

Pros

Amazing Culture Management is top tier

Cons

Benefits are good, but kind of weird since it Aetna's network via a third-party company named Allied. When it works, awesome, when it doesn't, it's a pain.

Pros

Both of my direct supervisors were amazing people and mentors. I supported amazing ABA organizations.

Cons

I earned President's Club three consecutive years and consistently performed at a high level. Despite this, I never received a merit-based raise or cost of living adjustment during my tenure. Additionally, my commission plan was chipped away at each year in what felt like a deliberate effort to put more money in the company's pocket and less in mine. I worked a two-week notice in which I professionally handed off accounts that I supported and every opportunity I was actively working. I exited in good standing. When asked for candid feedback during my exit interview, I gave it transparently and professionally. My feedback was critical of senior leadership and revenue operations, and I stand by every word. Following my departure, a finalized commission statement was issued to me reflecting the full amount earned. Just over a week before payment, that amount was reduced via a clawback that, historically, would not have been applied when examining it against similar circumstances. In my opinion, this felt less like a contractual matter and more like a direct response to my exit and the feedback I provided. If you're considering a sales role here, get everything in writing and document every compensation communication, then double/triple check to ensure you're getting what you're owed.
