I had high hopes for CentralReach, but after seeing how employees are continually treated, it’s clear that leadership’s priorities do not include retaining or fairly compensating talent. Many of us have met or exceeded expectations, yet raises—whether for performance or even cost-of-living—are a rarity. Instead of meaningful compensation, we’re given Starbucks gift cards, as if a latte makes up for stagnant wages. Thank you, I feel so appreciated.
Decision-making at the top feels shortsighted, like senior leaders aren’t truly invested in the long-term success of CentralReach. It’s obvious that we employees are just numbers to them, disposable and replaceable. The “best place to work” hype? Just that—hype. If leadership truly valued their people, they’d show it where it matters: in our paychecks.
