We've had long established programs to help to have a feedback mechanism from all employees. Through programs like Centric Together, our Advisory Team, Voice of the Employee (VOTE), and our employee resource groups, we are creating more opportunities for employees to share perspectives, strengthen inclusion, and help shape the future of our organization.
