Good ideas, poor execution, lack of focus - Sales Engineer Centric Software Employee Review

Lack of strategic vision. No real consistent message to company or to market. Confusing and unfocused to market, to employees. Difficult to know what the company is focused on. Lack of inspirational leadership. Don't seem to really "get it", but do seem to be able to get VC funding. Out of touch with market and corporate reality
