Pros
Solid pre-sales team. Centric has a few really talented and knowledgeable sales consultants in certain verticals. CEO seems to care. Some good marketing talent but hamstrung by lack of budget dollars.
Cons
No formal training. They just hand you some links to videos and point you to an outdated, hard to navigate sharepoint site. No inside sales or lead gen. Promises made when hired never materialized. No inbound leads whatsoever. Poor, inexperienced sales management. Trying to find their way. Don't expect any consistency. Pricing is ridiculously cumbersome.
