Working with the smartest people ever, given the freedom to achieve and accept real responsibility, fast paced, work from home but never isolated. Overall a very positive work environment with a true sense of team.
Cons
Must be a self-starter. You will not be micro-managed so if you need daily interaction with your manager, this is probably not the company for you.
