Pros

Health insurance was pretty good and 401k was good. Some upper level management was good.

Cons

You are not guaranteed a bonus. Overtime was abused, failure to plan an appropriate schedule of parts to run, does not count as emergency overtime only on the floor workers. No Pto option, if you work 640 hours in a row you get a company sweat shirt. Not scheduling appropriate downtime for machines to do preventative maintenance, will run machine until failure.

Ties with John Deere are strong.

Cons

Decision making by executive leadership is abysmal. Lack of accountability from executive leadership team. 401k is poor. HSA contribution is poor. Vacation accrual rate is terrible. Sick time policy is asinine.
