      Cons

      As a contractor being contracted out to another contracting company contracted out to a government role, so your job is at the mercy of several layers of contracts that begin and end outside of your control.

      Pros

      Centurion Consulting Group is a top-notch leader in the industry! From day one, I felt like I was family. Blaine and Theresa exemplify exceptional leadership, bringing authenticity and heartfelt dedication to each individual they support. Come to think of it, the entire team is accommodating and truly cares about the employee.

      Cons

      Regrettably, I was employed as a contractor for a major government contractor and experienced a RIF due to government contract delays that were outside Centurion's control. Despite this, the team came together with a remarkable effort to assist me in finding a new opportunity. Their dedication and support truly stood out.
