They have constant functions and food is always available.

Cons

Horrible place to work. Very unorganized. The management doesn't know what they are doing. Horrible with communication yet expect you to get back to them quickly. Unclear expectations. managers are dishonest in regard to reviewing work performance. There is some favoritism going on. If they like you you're fine if not watch out.

Helping others- Other staff was great. Salary.

Cons

Prison staff at Hayes were not concerned about the safety of inmates or MH Staff. Program manager avoided doing her job- Would scream at other employees. Work wasn't always divided evenly. Some employees were considered favorites. Have to be tough skinned to deal with inmates.
