Pros

Pros- good employees, company culture

Cons

If you’re into bait and switching clients to where they default on there credit cards when they get single digit offers work here, these people use you to clean up there mess…. Even if the reason you don’t hit a specific number is because it’s slow they will still penalize you. They cherry pick the people they like and if you’re at the top then you’re fine or if you’re related to someone at the top then you’re fine. This company has no plan in growing and apparently getting venture capital money “ to expand” because they aren’t bringing in the money they need in order to grow. I would really watch yourself when deciding to work here. Good for a first time sales job but if you’re n experienced sales rep don’t waste your time.

Pros

Work from home flexibility. Health Care was decent.

Cons

Until about 2025 things were looking good at Century but once the first round of unexpected layoffs happened last September due to "restructuring" we BULs (business unit leaders) were told our jobs were safe and that layoffs wouldn't happen again. Fast forward to February 2026 and there was another round of layoffs (once again unannounced) despite C-Suite managers saying this wouldn't happen. The truly sad part is that they made a point to layoff several employees who have been with the company for over 4 to 5 years making their dedication to the company a ticking time bomb. If you stayed long enough over the years you made decent pay. However that no longer matters since they actively laid off all the tenured employees who actually stuck with the company over the years.
