Pros

I worked directly under the HR generalist - my role was never fully a "sales admin role" it was mostly focused on HR about two weeks after being hired, but this was not an issue, it was a learning experience and sometimes challenging - but my manager was always extremely helpful and supportive. I was only here for about 7 months and although challenging at times, my experience at Century was mostly positive. The sales consultants are all here to make money.

Cons

very high turn over rate but that's expected in a sales environment.

Pros

Work from home flexibility. Health Care was decent.

Cons

Until about 2025 things were looking good at Century but once the first round of unexpected layoffs happened last September due to "restructuring" we BULs (business unit leaders) were told our jobs were safe and that layoffs wouldn't happen again. Fast forward to February 2026 and there was another round of layoffs (once again unannounced) despite C-Suite managers saying this wouldn't happen. The truly sad part is that they made a point to layoff several employees who have been with the company for over 4 to 5 years making their dedication to the company a ticking time bomb. If you stayed long enough over the years you made decent pay. However that no longer matters since they actively laid off all the tenured employees who actually stuck with the company over the years.
