Pros

I have been with Century for just over a year. I am a team lead in the litigation department. It is a great team to be a part of. Everyone is always willing to help. Management always makes themselves available for any inquiries. Great place to work and grow your career.

Cons

Due to the area of law, clients tend to take out their frustrations on us.

Pros

Work from home flexibility. Health Care was decent.

Cons

Until about 2025 things were looking good at Century but once the first round of unexpected layoffs happened last September due to "restructuring" we BULs (business unit leaders) were told our jobs were safe and that layoffs wouldn't happen again. Fast forward to February 2026 and there was another round of layoffs (once again unannounced) despite C-Suite managers saying this wouldn't happen. The truly sad part is that they made a point to layoff several employees who have been with the company for over 4 to 5 years making their dedication to the company a ticking time bomb. If you stayed long enough over the years you made decent pay. However that no longer matters since they actively laid off all the tenured employees who actually stuck with the company over the years.
