Each Financial Consultant is held to the same production standards as well as the processes and procedures they must complete on a daily basis. Some Consultants may be at a different level of discipline than others depending on each individual circumstance, and each manager works with each individual in order to ensure they complete their daily duties with regards to the company protocol. We also encourage our team to communicate if they are currently struggling due to personal circumstances, so we can figure out how to best assist them. As each person is different and has different needs, we try to honor that by working with each individual and ensuring that they are given the privacy to work through their own struggles whether personally or professionally.
