Pros

good pay if you hit your sales goal, weekends and holidays off

Cons

A bit political... not everybody is judged the same way. if you are in the "clique" and fit in, they will look the other way and give you more time to catch up... it has been seen countless times Hours are a bit long , till 7:30 pm EST

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are always open to constructive criticism in how to better support our team! Each Financial Consultant is held to the same production standards as well as the processes and procedures they must complete on a daily basis. Some Consultants may be at a different level of discipline than others depending on each individual circumstance, and each manager works with each individual in order to ensure they complete their daily duties with regards to the company protocol. We also encourage our team to communicate if they are currently struggling due to personal circumstances, so we can figure out how to best assist them. As each person is different and has different needs, we try to honor that by working with each individual and ensuring that they are given the privacy to work through their own struggles whether personally or professionally. We hope this clears up any misunderstandings that may have occurred during your time with us. Nonetheless, we are always appreciative of feedback and have shared the following to the management team! We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Work from home flexibility. Health Care was decent.

Cons

Until about 2025 things were looking good at Century but once the first round of unexpected layoffs happened last September due to "restructuring" we BULs (business unit leaders) were told our jobs were safe and that layoffs wouldn't happen again. Fast forward to February 2026 and there was another round of layoffs (once again unannounced) despite C-Suite managers saying this wouldn't happen. The truly sad part is that they made a point to layoff several employees who have been with the company for over 4 to 5 years making their dedication to the company a ticking time bomb. If you stayed long enough over the years you made decent pay. However that no longer matters since they actively laid off all the tenured employees who actually stuck with the company over the years.
