Pros

Working with clients and helping them have a better life; Overcoming challenges that helped me grow as a person; Thorough training that prepares you for the sales floor; Nice co-workers.

Cons

Long hours; No work-life balance; They underpay and overwork. They also give false advertising about their pay. It is less than they promise.

Century Services Response

Hello and thank you for your honest feedback. Century Services welcomes this type of feedback as a way to constantly and consistently evolve so that our team members are not only successful, but happy in their positions and with their co-workers. We are truly apologetic if there was miscommunication about the pay structure for your role. We hope that these concerns were reported to your director or to the Human Resources team in order to correct any future misunderstandings. The last thing we want is for a team member to leave our company feeling unfulfilled and unhappy with their experience. Although you are no longer with the company, the HR team remains a resource for you, and if at any point you would like to share more specific feedback with us, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Pros

Work from home flexibility. Health Care was decent.

Cons

Until about 2025 things were looking good at Century but once the first round of unexpected layoffs happened last September due to "restructuring" we BULs (business unit leaders) were told our jobs were safe and that layoffs wouldn't happen again. Fast forward to February 2026 and there was another round of layoffs (once again unannounced) despite C-Suite managers saying this wouldn't happen. The truly sad part is that they made a point to layoff several employees who have been with the company for over 4 to 5 years making their dedication to the company a ticking time bomb. If you stayed long enough over the years you made decent pay. However that no longer matters since they actively laid off all the tenured employees who actually stuck with the company over the years.
