Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate all feedback, good and bad, as it allows us to assess our current methods. One of our major philosophies is to promote from within and we re-invest into our team as opposed to looking for outside talent that may not understand the niche industry that we are in. By doing this our management team has in-depth experience with the departments they manage as they once held a similar role themselves. We are in the process of developing a formalized leadership development program for our leadership team as well as an emerging leaders program that will provide mentorship to high potential employees. In terms of our mission, our goal is to provide exceptional quality of service to our clients that have been heavily impacted by unsustainable debt. If there is any specific feedback for your manager, please do not hesitate to contact your HR team directly. The HR department also conducts Anonymous Departmental Employee Engagement Surveys to solicit open and honest feedback from the team. We appreciate the feedback and hope you have a wonderful day!

Pros

Work from home flexibility. Health Care was decent.

Cons

Until about 2025 things were looking good at Century but once the first round of unexpected layoffs happened last September due to "restructuring" we BULs (business unit leaders) were told our jobs were safe and that layoffs wouldn't happen again. Fast forward to February 2026 and there was another round of layoffs (once again unannounced) despite C-Suite managers saying this wouldn't happen. The truly sad part is that they made a point to layoff several employees who have been with the company for over 4 to 5 years making their dedication to the company a ticking time bomb. If you stayed long enough over the years you made decent pay. However that no longer matters since they actively laid off all the tenured employees who actually stuck with the company over the years.
