Pros

I made as much money as I wanted to. Thats just the truth. Lots of Incentives. I appreciate the opportunity they provided. I would say this was one of the best sales experiences I've had, and their Directors are great people. The reps there are cool. I didn't really have any problems. They give those who they know will grind it out a chance, and they will give you a shot to hustle. The top reps are down to earth and approachable. You can ask them questions and they will help you. If you're serious about money, you can win there. I feel like I did. The training is top notch. If you go in with a can do mentality, show up on time, and stick to the script you'll probably be surprised how much you can make

Cons

I can honestly say I have no cons. Not one. I probably should have taken more breaks but I like making money

Pros

Work from home flexibility. Health Care was decent.

Cons

Until about 2025 things were looking good at Century but once the first round of unexpected layoffs happened last September due to "restructuring" we BULs (business unit leaders) were told our jobs were safe and that layoffs wouldn't happen again. Fast forward to February 2026 and there was another round of layoffs (once again unannounced) despite C-Suite managers saying this wouldn't happen. The truly sad part is that they made a point to layoff several employees who have been with the company for over 4 to 5 years making their dedication to the company a ticking time bomb. If you stayed long enough over the years you made decent pay. However that no longer matters since they actively laid off all the tenured employees who actually stuck with the company over the years.
