1yThank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are so disappointed to hear that your experience was not as positive as we would hope after 4 years of being with us.
One of our values is to invest in our team as much as they invest in us. We promote almost exclusively from within which means that at least 80% of our leaders have started off in the entry level positions at Century. Unfortunately with the financial sector that we are in, it can be quite nuanced and outside leadership may not be as helpful as we had hoped initially. As we continue to grow, we are committed to being better. This feedback will be shared with our leadership as your insight is important to us.
