Is this your company?

Not difficult - But not what it seems - Strategic Client Advisor Century Services Employee Review

Pros

2 weeks PTO (NOT unlimited) Fast accruing sick time Fairly supportive and understanding direct management (Team leads/Team managers) generally a lot of positive feedback and bonus/incentives Stable work hours Your immediate team will likely become fast friends with you, and the other agents you work with are very likely to be genuine and good people you will click with

Cons

micro-managing upper management (in spite of the fact that they express this is not within their values) - You will get positive feedback on everything you do but the actions of management will leave you feeling on edge - constantly changing policies, plans, and even job descriptions leave you wondering what you will be doing next week, you can never be sure - This is a newer company and they are still gathering their legs underneath them so it's not likely you will see them settling down into a routine soon

Pros

Work from home flexibility. Health Care was decent.

Cons

Until about 2025 things were looking good at Century but once the first round of unexpected layoffs happened last September due to "restructuring" we BULs (business unit leaders) were told our jobs were safe and that layoffs wouldn't happen again. Fast forward to February 2026 and there was another round of layoffs (once again unannounced) despite C-Suite managers saying this wouldn't happen. The truly sad part is that they made a point to layoff several employees who have been with the company for over 4 to 5 years making their dedication to the company a ticking time bomb. If you stayed long enough over the years you made decent pay. However that no longer matters since they actively laid off all the tenured employees who actually stuck with the company over the years.
