Management does NOT care about their employees. People get laid off regularly. Some people get laid off because they make too much even though they're great employees. You will do the work of more than one person. You won't get raises or bonuses. According to the Proxy, senior management gets raises, bonuses and retention bonuses even though the company's performance is terrible... declining sales excluding acquisitions, losses every year, high debt and interest and a low and declining stock price.
