Management does NOT care about their employees. You will do the work of more than one person. You won't get raises or bonuses. Company's performance is terrible... declining sales, losses every year, high debt, holds payments to vendors during last months of quarters, Employee longevity is very low, including upper management.. HR personnel is not interested in the welfare of employees either. Benefits cost increases each year with no raise, so salary is actually decreased each year. If looking for a satisfying career, this company is not the place. If looking for a yearly declining paycheck, demands from management, no personal life, then it is the place for you.
