Pros
None, there is no work-life balance; however, in terms of benefits, the insurance was nice as it relates to the offerings, and employee contribution.
Cons
This company is choked by corporate mandates...nothing is accomplished without intervention by the corporate office. Staff are not empowered or properly compensated yet are expected to work fifty plus hours per week. The older/hourly worker try to sabotage the salaried employees and the lack of proper technology limits productivity
