Truly an AI Company, Great Place to Work, Perfect Work Life Balance I will be completing 29 years of my career in IT and 5 years with Cerence this Dec'25. For the first 24 years of my career, i never resigned from a company. While I have 5 companies on my profile, those are through acquisitions and mergers. It was only in 2020 that I decided to move from HARMAN and join Cerence. While I had worked for over 10 years in Automotive in Digital Cockpit development, it was interesting for me to join Cerence who are pioneers and truly an AI company them in Conversational AI. I have personally given importance to 3 key things while working with any organization. “People”, “Type of Work” and “Compensation”. The priority of these might have changed at every stage of my career. However, for most of the part, the most important thing has always been the "People”. What I really enjoy about working here at Cerence is that the challenges keep changing. It’s a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and that keeps me on my toes all the time. But more than that, what drives me is the strong sense of belonging I’ve built here. While we had our teething issues at Cerence India in the initial first year, it has been a great place to work. It has been a fulfilling and challenging journey building the professional services team here in India, building capabilities and delivering best in class voice solutions for our customers. I highly recommend Cerence to those looking for working in true AI and a workplace which provides a good work life balance.
