Interessting technology, diverse team, nice co-worker

24/7 without appreciation is the new normal, employees are only numbers and relevant to reach the next goal, managers promote a toxic work place and HR seems to be disfunctional or is part of the toxic situation. After spin-off senior employees were layed off or left voluntary, new exe. team only about numbers, tries to hold up the impression people are the most important in the company. During WFH in the past year no benefits received for using home IT and electricity, instead dictation to use PTO to go on Well beeing Weekends (6 in total), but not for everyone. Manager not always good people manager, no vision or ideas how to build a good team. Although the teams are very diverse, there need to be more women in the higher management.
