- The company really needs to work on the management. Its is horrendous the way the organization management is.

-Its absolutely strange when an organization promotes a Software Engineer straight to Engineering manager without having the right experience or qualification. And thats not the end.
- A manager should build a team and team spirit. What was done was exactly the opposite. No one was allowed to talk to each other if the manager wasnt looped in. Micromanagement to such a extent that most of the productive time went in giving updates which was asked after every 15-20 mins.
- A manager should always be aware of the tone used while speaking with anyone. In my team it was always a one way conversation where only the manager spoke and it was mostly shouting and frustrated tone which lead to the manager saying "I dont think you have delivered good results" despite the fact that the entire teams worked rigorously to complete and deliver every task.
- No Joining kit or welcome goodies.
-No WHF allowance.
- LTA and Telephone reimbursement are part of your CTC but not included in monthly salary!!
-No good compensation is being offered,
- No work life balance at all.
- As the work quality is poor, you will not have any learning or growth
