I've been at this company for quite some time, I can see it deteriorate since the spinoff from Nuance. There is a lot of mismanagement, and last minute planning that overwork the developers.
If there is a change of process or the workflow, managers would not let make you aware of this process, let you stranded off alone and let you deal with the crisis.
One of my previous manager made a lot of fake promise and gaslighting you. This actually happen across all department. When you mention we should add unit, integration and end-2-end testing to a service that actually showcase to the customers so we won't see any hiccups during a demo, you are blatantly disregard of your opinion and order you to add features
I dread with newcomers knowing there is a literally no documentation and on-boarding process is hard. I do hear complain from newcomers and that give bad impression on the company.
Reviews that are coming from developers truly reflects the reality of this company. Many of my peers share the same sentiments.
I can no longer recommend for this company, you have to fight hard to be heard. Loyalty is not rewarded and there is no recognition; it shows with lots of people leaving the company. 95% of management is all talk no show.
