      Pros

      Certara has such talented people who are literally working to make the world a better place. I am grateful that I work for a company that went to a 100% remote environment for our safety with COVID-19. Shows how much they care.

      Opportunity for learning within the organization

      Cons

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
