      Pros

      It is a pleasure to work for a company that is growing in the right direction and takes care of their employees. People are treated with respect, and the company is good at putting people in positions to maximize their strengths. There is plenty of room for growth, and I love the opportunities for cross-collaboration across business units. I love the flexibility I have to balance my work life and home life.

      Opportunity for learning within the organization

      Cons

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
