      The whole company is full of Silos. The HR tool is set up in a way to hide any feedback and to promote managers. Feedback goes through leadership first and we are not allowed to say anything bad. As a result, when there are no sales it is nobody's fault. It has been years and I still do not know what some of my colleagues do. When I ask them they answer that I should talk to my manager and when I ask my manager it is perceived as a toxic question.

      Lots of proprietary knowledge that can make it slow to get up to speed.

      Opportunity for learning within the organization

      Cons

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
