This Company Really Cares About Their Employees - Anonymous employee Certified Laboratories Employee Review

This is a company that really cares about their employees. Many of my co-workers have adjusted schedules due to child care issues. They have many events for the employees to try to make it a fun place to work such as monthly employee appreciation parties, Holloween and Ugly Holiday Sweater contests. They treat their employees like family and it shows many of their employees have been here for 10, 20 and 30 years. If employees are staying around that long, the company must be doing something right. But more importantly, during this time when many employers have not given raises to their employees for years, Certified continues to give increases for a job well done. It is part of their culture and very important to them.
