Pros
There are not many pros. There were decent benefits. My coworkers were great. As a recent grad it is good for my resume. I can't think of anything else.
Cons
This company is a very high pressure environment in which you are forced to meet impossible standards. When you are able to meet the standards they will be increased. The owners are arrogant, condescending and unaware. The smartest people are the ones that leave as soon as they start. It is a miserable place to be. You are expected to give the world and give nothing back in return. Do not have feelings, emotions and do not dare to disagree. Ethics here are laughable. Managers walk around with heads down just living in fear of their jobs. Most don't even know what they are doing. The building is disgusting. Parking is horrendous. There is no space. Often working elbow to elbow. Just don't do it. The positive reviews here are a blatant PR stunt. The best thing I ever did was leave.
