Most of us were really skeptical about the annual review process. But this worked out really well. My review with my manager was great. I was acknowledged for all the hard work that I do for my department and fellow coworkers. Management listens to our suggestions and tries to implement them. The staff and management are very friendly. I agree with one of the other reviews, you have to have a positive attitude, not just at Certified but in life in order to succeed.
