Discouraging Place to Work - Anonymous employee Certinia Employee Review

I have worked with FFDC for over 3 years. The company culture is shifting so much, and it is becoming a negative. We hear the message to break down barriers internally, yet everywhere I look I see more barriers being placed. Pay and benefits - total comp package - is dreadfully low in comparison to other similar companies. I don't know about attrition overall, but I feel that within the team I work, it is about to be quite high. Morale in the team I am in is quite low, and people are actively looking elsewhere.
