Middle management is excellent! Resource management tool is superior to competitors that are on the market today. HCM product had a lot of promise but wrong management choices has killed the product. Financial solution excellent. With ties to force.com this company should be growing.
Cons
Executive Management needs to be more careful in the hiring of high-level managers. Hired a manager with ties to the competition that decimated one of the divisions. Terminated talented, seasoned professionals and brought in young employees with limited background in industry.
