The entire company from the top to the bottom has enthusiasm and passion for what we do. Start ups have excitement by nature but we're now well past that point and the feeling has never left.
Cons
Growing pains with accelerated growth, Protocol can change quickly because of new initiatives without notice, Career advancement needs more defining, Annual performance reviews should be in place for every part of the organization.
