I left a job that I really liked to join FinancialForce, and I've never once regretted the decision. Not only is the product amazing (and fun to work with), but the culture is outstanding. Everyone, across the board is smart, hardworking and are just as invested in seeing their colleagues succeed as they are in succeeding themselves.
