Business Outlook
Pros
Great management team who are open to suggestions and are approachable. The company takes great care to hiring some of the best talents out there. At times it feels like a start-up company because of how fast we are growing. However, I don't worry about the company going under because we are backed by two great companies - Unit4 and Salesforce.
Cons
Because it is a start-up company, the company is conservative in their salaries. I don't feel they are comparable to current market.
