Pros

- Some of the tech company perks, the occasional catered lunch, t-shirt, happy hour - Large revenue base, a real company selling a real product that can actually compete in the PSA space (but pretty much only in PSA) - "Great companies are bought, not sold".... yea, but this one might get sold some day (but realistically there is only one buyer), and there is a possibility (albeit tiny) for equity gains.

Cons

Where to begin: - High management turnover. Three of the c-suite have been there for any real amount of time. Company has gone through at least 4 CROs, a few CEOs, a few CCOs, lost a great head of legal, and that's just the c-suite.... place is a revolving door. All of the RIFs probably don't help. - So top-heavy. If you're at the top and you're in the club, you're well compensated and in good hands. For everyone else, there is no internal growth to speak of. So political too... the politics of Oracle with the business success of WeWork. - Zero investment in the right software or SaaS tools that could help propel them to success and improve the workflow. Feels like the entire company is run in excel. - Everything on a need-to-know basis. No clarity, minimal communication. Very opaque about how the company is doing. - Probability of equity gains mentioned above is probably abysmal. A tech company run like a manufacturing company: all about cost-cutting and controlling expenses. - Working there is depressing. Plain and simple.
