Pros

- for the most part, good people - product is competitive in the market - added 401k matching, but you have to vest - having ties to Salesforce provides instant credibility

Cons

- shortage of SEs makes scheduling steps in the sales process difficult and ultimately means pushing out timelines and you know what they say, time kills deals - lack of documentation and support for implementation partners, resulting in high upfront cost for customer - sales teams have an exclusive culture which turns typical intense friendly competition into a true want for other teams to fail - management is very unclear with what is expected of us from a metrics perspective - when team members don't perform, management does not take action (warning, PIP, termination) and is gives a general feeling that you can do what you want without penalty - compensation is very low for the market Overall most teams aren't performing and it is very discouraging because management does not address it head on or give insight into how they want to adjust and make changes. There are also a bunch of cultural 'issues' that happen everywhere (distracting interoffice relationships, toxic team members, etc) but because of the core issues that are happening and poor team performance they feel like a bigger deal than they should be.
