Second Shift Gets Treated Horribly - Order Puller Chadwell Supply Employee Review

Thank you for your review and your comments! I grew up working on the second shift, and I have felt the same frustration you feel today. In 20 years, we haven't figured out how to change our customers' buying habits, so we staff later and "get slammed" right at 4:30pm. I remember pulling some all-nighters myself. Hopefully our new website will help! I also agree with you that additional training on equipment is necessary and will help all employees to better their skills and capabilities. I am aware that your group is asked to volunteer in other departments on multiple occasions, and I personally appreciate your flexibility.
