Growth is outpacing leadership - Anonymous employee Chadwell Supply Employee Review

We are also proud of our Partial-Day PTO program that doesn't force an employee to take an entire day when they need just a few hours to care for an ill loved one. Weather events like we experienced recently in Hillsborough county bring out all kinds of emotions as we make hard choices about what to do in the next hour or day. We need to be sensitive to the needs of individuals as they make decisions regarding how to best care for loved ones. We also must recognize that our Tampa-based group supports hundreds of families who work at Chadwell Supply across the Eastern United States, and that we must rise to meet that challenge, as best we can, during unforeseen events. It is difficult, and it calls for patience and grace under pressure. Family businesses are far from perfect, but it is good to hear that we have a culture that includes great people who strive to work hard every day.
