      Pros

      At our current growth, I am happy to see that we continue to keep the family atmosphere alive. Watching this growth is amazing! Looking back at how small the warehouse I work at use to be to where it is now, amazes me. I hope we never loose that family feeling.

      Cons

      We could sure use gyms in all of the warehouses, maybe coffee bars as well? I really cant think of any at the moment.
