      Pros

      The company has employees that have been here since the very beginning. Turnover is almost nonexistence, something I have never seen at any other company I've worked for. When I first started just a little over a year ago we had right around 400 employees, now we are almost at 600. We are opening more locations and opportunities to move up in the company are opening left and right. It feels good to enjoy what you do and feel secure knowing that you have stability.

      Cons

      Would be nice if those discounted massages we get were free. Just kidding! So many perks and benefits there is truly nothing to complain about. We have low cost and healthy meals prepped on site we can order, paid holidays off, low pressure work environment and a positive atmosphere.
